For the first two years after completion your new home is covered by your two-year Bovis Homes warranty. In addition, the NHBC 10 year warranty also runs from your completion day.

The out of-hours service has professional tradespeople on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which covers emergency
situations in the rare event that your property is left without power, water, or heating.
